Lucy Mackenzie Cabin Fever Dinner, 2016
The Annual Cabin Fever Italian Supper was held Saturday night at Lucy Mackenzie Humane Society. Fifteen pans of Lasagna were expertly prepared by Culinary Institute of America trained Chef and Board President Jeanne Matos; dozens of desserts were created by staff, shelter volunteers and friends of the animals-all to feed the over 200 community member who came out to support the local animal shelter. Dinner included meat or vegetable lasagna (even a gluten free lasagna was served), salad, fresh bread, and dessert. Many diners were heard praising the quality of the food. And most said they'd be back again next year. Nancy Nutile-McMenemy Photos
