Vermont 100 Mile Race
This past weekend Vermont Adaptive hosted the 25th Annual Vermont 100 Endurance Ride and Run. Over 300 racers registered for the race. By 10 AM on Sunday, the 30 hour race cut-off about 200 racers for the 100K and 100 Mile races had crossed the finish line. Jason Lantz ran for the win in 15:23:26. Net proceeds from the event benefit Vermont Adaptive, which provides sports and recreational opportunities to individuals with disabilities/handicaps, regardless of their ability to pay.
