Happy Birthday, Barnard!
Barnard Celebrated its 250th Birthday on Saturday with an old time parade and picnic. The unfriendly weather may have kept down the crowd, but it didn't keep down the enthusiasm as Barnard residents cheered, honked, laughed, bicycled, waved and played music while parading down Route 12 from the Barnard Inn to Silver Lake State Park on North Road.
